1. Who is Rahmat Wibowo?
Rahmat Wibowo is a self-described Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer and the CEO of a startup called InfraLoka. He is an alumnus of STEI ITB (School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung). Since 2023 he has run harassment and fake-narrative campaigns against dozens of people, mainly through his LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. The Profile page summarizes his background and the tactics he uses.
2. What is this website?
This website is a public service that collects and archives Rahmat Wibowo’s posts from his own public social media accounts so they are easy to find and reference. It documents his harassment campaigns, the people he has targeted, and the evidence behind each entry.
3. Where does the content come from?
Everything comes from Rahmat Wibowo’s own public posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, X, YouTube, Medium, and his company blog, as well as documents he has published himself. We only collect, summarize, and categorize this content. Each evidence entry includes an archived screenshot or PDF and, where available, a link to the original post, so you can verify it yourself.
4. I am one of his targets. How can this site help me?
Find your name on the Targets page to see every evidence entry that mentions you, in date order. Each entry has its own page with the date, source, original link, and archived copy, which you can save and attach to a legal notice (somasi), a police report, or a platform complaint. The Evidence page lists every entry chronologically.
5. How do I report his content to the platforms?
Report the specific posts and accounts directly on each platform. Our step-by-step guide explains how to report on YouTube and Instagram, and how to request removal of outdated Google Search results. His LinkedIn account has already been suspended for violating LinkedIn’s harassment policies.
6. How can I contact you, join the collective action, or request a correction?
Multiple victims are organizing collective action against Rahmat Wibowo’s harassment.
