Nugroho Herucahyono (known as "Xinuc") is the co-founder and former CTO of Bukalapak, one of Indonesia's largest e-commerce unicorns, which he helped build from its founding in 2009 until his departure in 2020 after over 10 years. After leaving Bukalapak, he co-founded Init-6 in 2020 alongside fellow Bukalapak co-founder Achmad Zaky — a Jakarta-based venture capital fund focused on backing high-potential Indonesian tech startups. He is an alumnus of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
